On arrival at Lauterbrunnen, your guide accompanies you on a 50-minute cogwheel train ride to Jungfraujoch, Europe’s highest-altitude railway station sitting 11,333 feet above sea level. Along the way, travel through the breathtaking mountain pass of Kleine Scheidegg, situated beneath the famous Eiger North Face. 

Disembark at the Top of Europe and head to the Alpine Sensation — a round-tour subway opened to mark the centenary of the Jungfrau Railway. This latest attraction links the Ice Palace and Sphinx Observatory, where you can soak up panoramic views over Aletsch Glacier, Europe's longest glacier. On a clear day, look as far as the snow-capped peaks of France and Italy. 

If you wish, purchase a snack or a warm drink at the on-site restaurant (own expense) before your return down the mountainside to the Alpine town of Grindelwald. Then hop aboard your coach for the return drive to central Lucerne where your tour concludes in the evening.

We took the tour as we were travelling with seniors and a baby. Seemed like easier option to travel and did not regret it at all. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. Comfortable clean bus. It was storming so we basically didnt see anything up there. I’d suggest not to go to jungfrau during winter

Kid D was an excellent tour guide. He helped us get to scenic spots quickly on top of mountain, handled train seating perfectly and was very personable. The tour was very timely and it allowed picture and eating time. I would highly recommend this tour.

I was very exited to finally go to Jung frau, but my first encounter with the guide Raymon was very very hurtful which ruined my entire trip. Raymon was not only insulting, he is very racist. he was very cheerful with white people and me and my friend being colored, he was very rough and insulting all the time.. we paid over $200 per person for this trip and came back almost crying.

It was a very well-planned guided tour to the Top of Europe. Our guide was very kind, accommodating and also shared information ranging from facts and history to expected weather and the routes we would take. He even told us 3 counts in advance to keep our cameras ready for some incredible pics. We had a lot of time on the top, which was one of the main reasons we chose this tour and it did not disappoint us. We visited the Sphinx observatory, the Ice Palace, the snow point and the Lindt store without being rushed. Overall a great full day tour, which was an amazing way to experience Jungraujoch

Kid, my tour guide, has a strange accent in his English and very different than the guides I am used to. But I like him. He knows how to use our camera to help us in taking selfies. He knows all the good spots for photos. He tells us all the interesting info and places. With military precision, he guided us through the entire tour with losing anybody and through the crowds (sooooo many other tour group at the top). He remembers all of us. He takes care of us. Thank you. I have taken over 100+ photos. This is very worthwhile tour!
