The trip was a failure and we weren't able to do any of the activities, to add to our extreme disappointment, they took most of our money only reimbursing us 300 CHF out of 744, so they took 344 CHF for a casual ride in the bus to and from chamonix. I do not recommend.

Good morning, we don't really understand your review. Which part of the activities you couldn't do? If the cable car or mountain train is close we refund partially but not the transport which is explained before you book the trip. It's a shame you didn't like Chamonix village which is a beautiful mountain place surrounded by the Alps. Hope to get more details of your disapointment so we can understand. Best regards

What a wonderful day and the weather was also on our side. A day we will not forget and the pictures we took will always bring us back to that breathtaking beauty of Mont Blanc and all the other places we visited on our trip. I wish we had some more time. We were very lucky to have Yolanda from Keytours as our guide. She was so professional and a very good guide in every way.
