House of Mumm (Maison Mumm) Tours

The Basics
The House of Mumm is a feature on numerous champagne-themed itineraries from the city of Reims, as well as Champagne-region day trips from Paris. The House of Mumm is located on the Rue du Champ de Mars, just on the edge of central Reims. It’s about a 15-minute walk and a 5-minute taxi trip from the city’s main train station, Gare de Reims.

The House of Mumm is open throughout the year, from midmorning to early evening. Days and times vary depending on the season, so check the website or prebook your tour prior to arriving. The House of Mumm closes each day from 1 to 2pm and annually on Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

Visiting Reims
A walk to the House of Mumm through the Reims city center reveals the usual Gothic cathedrals and World War II monuments found throughout the Champagne region and throughout France. To take a break from sightseeing, visit a city park; in particular, the Park de la Patte d'Oie has fountains, an artificial river, and a children’s area.
