You will take a tour of the estate, then you will choose to take either a picnic or a tasting banquet. Finally, we suggest that you learn a little more about lavender in our workshops. Each workshop includes: • Gastronomic in which you can choose to participate in the creation of a lavender syrup, a lavender jelly or to create a tea or a lavender infusion. • Distillation where participants can observe a living distillation of lavender using the still process. • Manual where we offer the creation of either a Provencal shuttle, or a lavender sachet, or an air purifying stick with sage and lavender.

In each workshop, you will: • Parfumerie is managed by a perfumer who will share her knowledge and offer to create her own perfume in a 50 ml bottle. • Creation of cocktails hosted by a private bartender who will share his knowledge and offer to create a cocktail.

We offer different group activities, either a guided tour, a guided tour with a picnic or a guided tour with a tasting of seasonal regional products.

Edouard asked me what foods I was most interested in and we went to the different stands accordingly. I was after some good jam so Edouard made sure i was able to sample Christophe’s 60% fruit homemade selection. My personal « péché mignon » being cheese, the tour was fantastic (at least 5 or 6 different stands to choose from and.... oh my god that fresh goat cheese!!!) - and i have to say that the surprise coming out of left field (and now a little favorite) was mushrooms.. It’s mushroom season (which i had not payed attention to, but since Edouard goes there every day, he knows !!)
